Hello, my name is

Peter Bernhardt Laufersweiler,

I am the founder and director of VMS

Here you will find a brief overview

on how we can work together

valuemarket.solutions limited Group (VMS) with its "Value Market System"

With VMS connections to investors and producers, NGOs gain the advantage of satisfying their principles their participation is meeting the doctrines for their NGO status VMS can provide a client base to assist your organisation's services.

In developing Value Market Solutions, we looked at the design and implementation of sustainable food production projects. Primarily we took into consideration the sustainability of business opportunities, then we looked at the demographics. Considering global population growth, with aging populations and economies unable to withstand the transition of demographic change, there need to be some well-prepared solutions to accommodate change, not only with a retiring workforce but also with food demand. As the increased population spread and the need for quality nutrition become critical there need to be workable solutions. There is a solution, and it will rely on more food production and most importantly food distribution networks in a manner that will benefit those that are capable and those in need.

VMS has looked at current methods and has found that globally the food production crisis is centred around the large multinational companies exploiting the food production and distribution networks. When we look at who benefits under these circumstances then, it is not the worker or the actual hands-on producer. What we found is that the financial benefits always go to the big companies and their shareholders.

So to combat this and create a more equal and beneficial system for those that put in the most work we at VMS have created a system whereby the financial benefit can go directly to the worker or the producer creating the food item. This has far and reaching advantages over allowing big businesses to come and invest large sums of money and pay barely survivable income and make huge profits from supplying to existing distribution networks where further profits are gouged from the sale price to the goods produced. Thereby making it unaffordable for even the worker to afford the foods produced.

So, let’s look at how VMS can make a difference and direct the financial rewards back to the worker or subsistence farmer so there is a more equitable distribution of the goods sold to the end buyer. What we have done is invited those farmers/producers to work under an arrangement where they supply to our processing factory to value add their product to the best quality standard targeting the premium grade market consumers. The farmer/producers do not just get a price to supply to the processor but also take a share of the value-added product and have an interest in the final sale price. By including each supply chain segment activity to all the participants, we create management control over the product to give added value to premium quality standards. The VMS maintains the cohesive flow of produced items to its already existing distribution network which are a party to this arrangement.

Now under this supply flowline with monies being fairly distributed we can confidently say that each participant in the supply chain can benefit. This, in turn, gives rise to afford better equipment, and better salaries leading to improved working conditions and most importantly more employment.

So how do you an NGO, Charity Organisation, Foundation, or a philanthropist benefit from this initiative? We invite you to look at your reasons for your donations or contribution to improving better living and living standards.

“Give The Man A Fish And You Feed Him For A Day.

Teach Him To Fish And You Feed Him A Lifetime.”

So, looking at the VMS offer to workers, mostly uneducated, we are teaching them. This opportunity is life-changing and it is where your donation, contribution or someway involvement can make that difference.
